In case you missed it, on Monday evening, February 9th, we discussed "Choosing the Right Diet for Me." We covered basic food groups and ways to think about eating well without having to follow a strict diet. Also, we went over a quick way to evaluate one's basic state of digestive health and why one needs to incorporate both the climate we live in and the season of the year when working out dietary guidelines. In addition, a "foods to eat list" and "grocery list" we're handed out as a staring point.
